I started my own business right at the beginning of the recession and struggled with the desire to "look big" with office space and employees. I thought "bigger" was better in my clients' eyes. I was wrong - being small is a huge competitive advantage...one I'm not letting go of any time soon! Thanks for reminding us the "doom & gloom" in the news doesn't have to pertain to us!!!
