  • Hi Maya. Congrats on your first video! I enjoyed this. Loved the pop up notes... they made me laugh. You have a lovely smile. I agree that the volume was a little low, but it just made me listen all the more closer because I want to hear every word you had to say :-)
  • Maya, congratulations on your first video! You have more courage than I do for sure, and I love your willingness to 'be myself, be vulnerable'. Like Vered I found it soft and couldn't hear certain parts. The balloon pop ups on the key phrases helped in following the main points and was a really neat idea. And you have a beautiful smile!

Wonderful. I smiled in empathy when you showed a little nervousness. I'd be much the same being videoed. I appreciate what you say about how online relationships can build-up a meaningfulness that can rival our day-to-day local relationships. I'm seeing that happening over my time on the Web, especially as I become more active, and let myself be out there. Your bravery is helping me realize that I have work to do... a photo avatar to start with, at the very least (I've delayed even that, after changing my appearance so much - my existing photos just aren't me anymore, so i need a fresh batch). Maybe video posting down the road...
  • Maya
    Vered,
    Thank you.

I will try to be louder - I was trying to be as normal as possible and that is the result since I speak pretty soft in real life - unless I am singing/dancing with my kids :)

    Thank you for watching!

  • I loved it too Maya and also think the length was perfect. Videos are often too long. My only comment: the volume is very low, so it was hard for me to understand, even though I turned it up all the way on my side. Inspiring indeed!
  • Maya
    Hey Ryan!
See - now I am all squirmy cause I know people are watching it ;)

Thank you for the positive response :)

  • Go Maya! That's brave of you to put yourself out their in a video; I still shy away from video.... It's scary. I think I'll do a video post sometime soon though. Thanks for inspiring!
